ABOUT THE JOB:

As the driving force behind the development of the Engineering & Maintenance Department, you will lead key projects focused on digitalization, business change, and process improvement. This role will manage cross-functional projects from ideation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, cost-efficiency, and quality. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across E&M, Data Science, IT, Finance, and Supplier Management to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, supporting the business in achieving its strategic goals of improved performance, reduced costs, and increased sustainability.

ABOUT YOU:

• Manage and deliver cross-departmental projects from inception to completion.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to align processes and drive standardization.
• Guide, train, and support teams in project management and execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure benefits realization.
• Provide consultative support on transformation projects.
• Drive digitalization, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate project finances, including CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Establish and use standardized project management tools and documentation across E&M.
