The role will be published until 10th of April 2024 and you will need to live in Mallorca to be eligible for this position

ABOUT THE JOB
- Perform and analyze monthly reports using SAP and Asterix systems
- Drive continuous process improvement and automation, developing reporting dashboards
- Execute monthly closing tasks with precision and accuracy
- Manage projects within the department, implementing P2P processes and centralizing tasks
- Conduct process analysis, identify gaps, and provide support for system development
- Create manuals and document departmental processes
- Train and support our global hubs on P2P processes and systems
ABOUT YOU
- Business University degree advantageous
- Experience with Asterix and SAP systems
- Proven track record in supplier management, incident resolution, and invoice processing
- Strong data management skills, including Power BI, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
- Methodical and organized approach to task execution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory), additional languages are a plus
