O2C Airline Executive
Finance Assistants are responsible for the efficient and timely collection of revenue and debt across their relevant areas to contractual/agreed terms, whilst building positive working relationships with all key stakeholders, and delivering a best-in-class service.
This specific role is responsible for the collection of data, for reconciliation and reporting of revenue generated by passengers on board TUI flights and, collection of revenues, as well as other miscellaneous O2C activities relating to the Airlines within TUI.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Reconciling payments with sales records and inventory levels for all purchases on board TUI flights, including flights operated by third party suppliers. Analysing and taking action on all reconciliation discrepancies
- Monitor system jobs to capture and synchronise flight schedule and sales data required for reconciliation and commission payment processes.
- Maintaining and archiving records (e.g. payment run reports) in accordance with legal requirements
- Revenue reconciliation between SAP and Vector
- Communicating with internal and external partners to realise outstanding receivables; investigating and resolving issues raised by internal or external partners.
- Reconciliation of banking receipts to expected revenues on TUI flights whether cash or card payments.
Efficiently collect and accurately process Ancillary Revenues in accordance with terms of agreement, (X-Bag in CE)
Check credit notes, receipts and commission costs- Ad-hoc O2C Airline Finance activities as required, including covering absences
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in German and English.
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Proficient in using MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- First experience in tourism, aviation operations or in the aviation industry
