Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst within the TUI Musement Finance Team, you will report directly to the Regional Finance Manager. Your role will involve monitoring performance across various operational areas, supporting the reporting process and identifying potential risks and opportunities. You will ensure compliance with internal controls and accuracy in all financial reporting requirements. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the continuous improvement and execution of financial processes.

ABOUT THE JOB  

• Preparing month end postings and accruals for pending revenue, cost of sale and general expenses.
• Participating in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycle
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Collaborating cross-functionality with non-finance departments
• Developing and maintaining the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls
• Fostering a high-performance culture through proactive financial analysis and continuous improvement
• Flexibility is required for ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities that may arise. 

ABOUT YOU 

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, with 2-3 years financial accounting and reporting experience
• Excellent English (spoken and written) required; other languages will be a plus
• Very proactive, the candidate has the capacity to take initiative and solve problems with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SAP, SAGE, HFM and other).
