TUI Retail Travel Advisor, Basingstoke, 30 Hours

As part of our commitment to provide exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including, weekends, bank holidays and at some of our busier shop’s working evenings will also be required.

• You’ll embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer engaged role both face to face and virtually
• If things don’t go to plan, you’ll need to be confident to investigate and resolve any question or complaint
• As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll receive inclusive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers.
