ABOUT THE JOB
As a Licensed Engineer at TUI, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet. Reporting to the Duty Engineer, you'll be part of a highly skilled global team dedicated to operating our aircraft safely, punctually, and in a cost-effective manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine maintenance checks, repairs, and inspections on our aircraft fleet in accordance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to efficiently resolve technical issues and maintenance tasks.
• Utilizing your expertise to troubleshoot complex aircraft systems and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Monitoring and certifying the work of 'A' Licensed colleagues.
• Supporting a performance-oriented approach, focusing on technical dispatch reliability and minimizing deferred defects.
• Providing away-from-base support as required, including down route rescues and other base support within the TUI group.
  

ABOUT YOU

• B License engineer holding and able to maintain Part 145 approval on B737NG, B737MAX & B787 with operational maintenance experience.
• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably within a commercial airline or aviation maintenance organization.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to upholding safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to hold an Airport Security pass and local Airside driving permits.

À propos du poste

En tant qu'ingénieur agréé chez TUI, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans l'assurance de la sécurité et de la fiabilité de notre flotte. Relevant du Duty Engineer, vous ferez partie d'une équipe mondiale hautement qualifiée dédiée à l'exploitation de nos avions de manière sûre, ponctuelle et rentable.

Vos responsabilités comprendront:

• Effectuer des vérifications, réparations et inspections de routine sur notre flotte d'avions conformément aux normes réglementaires et aux procédures de l'entreprise.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour résoudre efficacement les problèmes techniques et les tâches de maintenance.
• Utiliser votre expertise pour diagnostiquer les systèmes d'avions complexes et mettre en œuvre des solutions efficaces pour garantir des performances optimales et la sécurité.
• Surveiller et certifier le travail des collègues ‘A licensed’.
• Soutenir une approche axée sur la performance, en mettant l'accent sur la fiabilité technique des vols et en réduisant au minimum les défauts différés.
• Fournir un support hors base selon les besoins, y compris les secours en escale et d'autres types de support dans le groupe TUI.

À propos de vous

• Ingénieur de classe B titulaire et capable de maintenir l'approbation Part 145 sur les B737NG, B737MAX et B787 avec une expérience opérationnelle de maintenance.
• Expérience avérée dans l’entretien d’avions, de préférence au sein d'une compagnie aérienne commerciale ou d'une organisation de maintenance aéronautique.
• Aptitude technique forte et compétences en résolution de problèmes, avec une attention particulière aux détails et un engagement à maintenir les normes de sécurité.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement avec des collègues et des parties prenantes à tous les niveaux.
• Capacité à détenir un passeport de sécurité aéroportuaire et des permis de conduire locaux en zone aéroportuaire.

Over de functie

Als Licensed Engineer bij TUI speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van onze vloot. Rapporterend aan de Duty Engineer, maak je deel uit van een zeer bekwaam wereldwijd team dat zich toelegt op het veilig, punctueel en kosteneffectief opereren van onze vliegtuigen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

• Het uitvoeren van routinematige onderhoudscontroles, reparaties en inspecties aan onze vloot van vliegtuigen in overeenstemming met de wettelijke normen en bedrijfsprocedures.
• Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om technische problemen en onderhoudstaken efficiënt op te lossen.
• Het gebruik van jouw expertise om met complexe vliegtuigsystemen te werken en effectieve oplossingen te implementeren om optimale prestaties en veiligheid te garanderen.
• Het monitoren en certificeren van het werk van collega's met een 'A'-licentie.
• Ondersteuning bieden voor een prestatiegerichte aanpak, met de nadruk op technische vluchtbetrouwbaarheid en het minimaliseren van uitgestelde defecten.
• Het bieden van ondersteuning buiten de basis indien nodig, inclusief reddingsoperaties onderweg en andere basisondersteuning binnen de TUI-groep.

Over jou

• Ingenieur met een B-licentie die in staat is om de Part 145-goedkeuring te behouden voor de B737NG, B737MAX & B787, met operationele onderhoudservaring.
• Bewezen ervaring in vliegtuigonderhoud, bij voorkeur binnen een commerciële luchtvaartmaatschappij of een organisatie voor vliegtuigonderhoud.
• Sterk technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen, met een scherp oog voor detail en een toewijding aan het handhaven van veiligheidsnormen.
• Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met collega's en belanghebbenden op alle niveaus.
• In staat zijn om een luchthavenbeveiligingspas en lokale rijvergunningen op de luchthaven te verkrijgen.
