ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll lead and develop the controlling team, both professionally and disciplinarily, fostering the individual growth and expertise of your team members.

• Acting as the primary contact for finance teams and General Managers of our hotels worldwide, you'll actively support them in the financial management of their operations.

• Taking responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for the entities and hotels in your remit will be central to your role.

• Analysing financial performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and working with operational teams to define targeted measures will help improve results across the board.

• You'll ensure meaningful management reporting and continuously develop existing reports, dashboards, and steering tools to support decision-making.

• Conducting feasibility calculations, business cases, and ad hoc analyses, you'll prepare well-founded decision papers for management and the board.

ABOUT YOU

• You bring relevant qualifications in Finance, Controlling, or equivalent professional experience.

• Your background includes proven professional experience in controlling, ideally in the hotel industry, tourism, or an international corporate environment.

• Experience in leading and developing team members is desirable and will help you thrive in this role.

• You have excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of business and financial interrelationships.

• Your organised, solution-oriented way of working comes with a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

• Confident use of MS Office and HFM is essential; experience with Tableau, Tagetik, or comparable reporting and planning systems is an advantage.
