HR Advisor People Services

Join our global TUI Musement Human Resources Team in Italy as an HR Advisor. In this role, you will manage and support a wide spectrum of HR processes for our legal entity in Italy. Additionally, you will participate in HR projects at both regional and global levels. 

Closing Date: 19th of February

Please note this is an intern role that is covering maternity leave for up to 10 months

Salary: €800 - €1000 per month

ABOUT THE JOB

• Issuing employment contracts for our employees, work certificates, benefits and promotions as well as terminations  
• Ensuring effective collaboration with our external payroll provider and operations support departments   
• Maintaining daily communication with employees and responding to local and payroll-related queries   
• On- and off-boarding of employees utilizing HR Data Systems to input and compile the data, updating records regularly and providing reports on a timely manner  
• Support the implementation and consolidation of TUI Group and TUI Musement HR processes and policies  
• Make sure the Health & Safety policies are followed including the regular medical visits and trainings  

ABOUT YOU

• Completed Bachelor degree/ University Degree or equivalent preferred  
• Experience of HR Services in Italy  
• Good knowledge of Italian labour law   
• Fluent written and spoken English and Italian, any further language is an advantage   
• You are a dynamic HR professional with demonstrable experience of working in an international environment with supportive attitude  
• You have attention to detail and can work timely, efficiently, and precisely   
• You are open to learning, growing, and advancing your career while spreading smiles across the globe  
• Experience with HR systems, coupled with a demonstrated digital mindset preferred
