This job is open to individuals who live, and have the right to work in Croatia. The positions are located in our TUI BLUE Hotels; Makarska (Split), Adriatic Beach (Split), Medulin (Pula), Kalamota Island (Dubrovnik).

• Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

• You are a fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team. 

• A fully adaptable, confident and positive individual who can work well under pressure. 

• Comfortable working with children and young adults, always leading by example. 

• Additional performance skills such as presenting, singing, dancing, are desirable but not essential. 

• You feel comfortable to communicate well in English – other languages are appreciated but not mandatory. 

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities to our guests of all ages and nationalities. 

• You will deliver and contribute to the evening programme and events. 

• You will have high focus on delivering safe family programmes, planning activities and events for all ages, including children, teens, and families in our resorts. 

• You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction. 

• And you deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.
