Retail Marketing Executive

Are you passionate about retail marketing and excited to drive engagement and excitement around TUI UK’s retail stores? Join our team as a Retail Marketing Executive, where you will support the Retail Marketing Manager in various retail projects and the production and implementation of monthly retail POS across print and digital platforms. Ensuring TUI UK’s and partner brands are presented optimally on the high street will be essential, along with delivering approved, high-quality communications on time, on brief, and within budget. You will also support in the delivery of retail events, driving engagement and excitement around TUI UK’s retail stores.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Create monthly campaigns by briefing printed and digital marketing material aligned to the promotional calendar. Manage allocated artwork production with the internal creative team, ensuring all items are on brand and comply with legal guidelines, whilst meeting the needs of the brand and third parties, including 3rd Party Cruise, Disney, and Universal.
  • Take ownership of allocated POS items to ensure full proofing before sign-off, arrange distribution of POS to shops, and resolve any issues where required. Collaborate with the Retail Social Media team on monthly commercial and campaign priorities.
  • Liaise with stores on POS requirements as they are refitted/closed and support store communications for new fixtures, solutions, and rollouts as required to drive compliance in-store. Create store communications that clearly outline the campaign requirements to drive compliance in-store.
  • Manage retail marketing queries via phone and email, responding and resolving within agreed SLAs. Maintain strong relationships with all internal and external partners.
  • Build close relationships with internal teams to improve processes, efficiency, and quality of output. Liaise with third parties to ensure briefs are received and approved on time and business objectives are met.
  • Brief, approve, and supply monthly asset packs to key retail partners, and work with them to build relationships and support local events and footfall drivers as needed. Identify challenged stores and establish new partnership opportunities where possible, and report back on activity performance.
  • Support the wider Retail Marketing team with ad hoc project work as required, including supporting and leading on digital development projects such as digital billboard enhancements.
  • Support the line manager in managing retail budgets, providing support in the Purchase Order and Invoice process. Ensure all expenditure is approved, forecasted, and accounted for in line with business policies and processes.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience of working in a similar retail marketing communications role.
  • Ability to brief, manage, and implement marketing projects into a complex estate.
  • Proven analytical skills and the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data.
  • Highly organised with a flexible approach to working within a fast-changing, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage external agencies and suppliers, with budget management experience.
  • PC literate – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail with excellent spelling and grammar.
