

Operations Support Agent
Join our office team for TUI as an Operations Support Agent in Austria and be the key link in the chain between our resort teams, our head office colleagues, and our suppliers, providing essential admin support to enable our resort teams to focus on delivering amazing customer service. You’ll be assisting the Operations Support Team Manager with the on boarding and off boarding of the staff and supporting all related functions of office management in your area.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Operational Support: Be the go-to expert for resort staff, providing quick, accurate information and ensuring teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Content Management: Collaborate with resort teams to deliver on-brand, professional, and engaging guest-facing content.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee travel arrangements, uniform distribution, device setup, and essential administrative tasks to support team operations.
- Facility and Office Management: Manage office supplies, maintenance and other daily administrative duties.
- Staff Admin: Support staff with onboarding / offboarding tasks and HR & compliancy processes.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure staff accommodations for future seasons.
