ABOUT THE JOB

• Conduct in-person safety and security audits across TUI Hotels & Resorts in your defined region
• Support new build developments and refurbishments, ensuring adherence to TUI Standards
• Provide comprehensive written reports for hoteliers and senior leadership teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement practical and proportionate control measures
• Develop and deliver training programs to hotel teams in their local language
• Conduct incident investigations and provide risk mitigation recommendations
  

ABOUT YOU

• Formal qualification(s) in safety/security risk management with an understanding of ISO31000
• Formal training as an auditor (desirable)
• Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and the travel/tourism industry
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Croatian. Flucency in Italian will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively, both nationally and internationally
• Valid driving license in your country of residence
