

Head of Revenue Management
TUI Airline, part of the TUI Group, is expanding its commercial capabilities to unlock new revenue potential and broaden its customer base. As part of this growth, the Head of Revenue Management (Airline) will play a crucial role in optimizing pricing strategies, driving revenue, and maximizing profitability. Reporting to the Airline Chief Commercial Officer, this strategic position leads a multinational team of experts in revenue management, AI, and data science. The role is focused on executing revenue optimization strategies, balancing seat-only and tour operator demand, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth for TUI Group.

ABOUT THE JOB
Revenue Optimization & Pricing- Developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize Commercial RASK while balancing seat-only and tour operator demand.
Tour Operator Pricing - Leading the pricing strategy for tour operator sales and optimizing transfer prices between TUI Airline and in-house tour operators.
Revenue Forecasting & Budgeting - Managing revenue forecasts and coordinating the annual budgeting process.
Capacity & Demand Management - Collaborating with network planning and B2B sales to optimize capacity and profitability.
Ancillary Revenue - Optimizing pricing strategies for ancillary services to maximize total revenue per passenger.
Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning - Conducting market analysis to adjust pricing strategies in response to competitive conditions.
Process & System Improvement - Continuously improving revenue management systems and processes through technology and analytics.
Stakeholder Leadership - Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and leadership to align revenue strategies.
Revenue Systems & Investment - Providing strategic leadership for revenue management tools, working with digital teams to enhance system performance.
Performance Monitoring - Monitoring pricing models and sales performance to ensure profitability and target achievement.
ABOUT YOU
Strategic Financial & Technological Expertise: Experience in managing CAPEX and OPEX for revenue management, with a focus on AI/ML technologies to enhance forecasting and optimization.
Senior Revenue Management Expertise: Proven track record in revenue management, with experience driving revenue growth in the airline industry or other sectors.
Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage high-performing, diverse teams.
Revenue Management Systems & AI: Expertise in designing and optimizing revenue management systems, including AI-driven automation.
Commercial & Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and revenue drivers across airline and tour operator sectors.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in using advanced analytics and AI to optimize pricing strategies and revenue growth.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Resilience & Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced, changing industry.
Collaborative Mindset: Team-oriented with a focus on building strong cross-departmental partnerships.
