Itinerary Planning Manager (all gender)

WHAT AWAITS YOU

• Develop and continuously optimize itineraries for the Mein Schiff fleet, considering commercial, operational, nautical, and guest experience considerations
• Analyze existing routes and identify opportunities to enhance itinerary attractiveness and overall profitability
• Design and evaluate alternative scenarios and develop innovative routing concepts for existing and emerging destinations
• Leverage data-driven analyses and modern planning tools to support strategic itinerary planning decisions
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Mein Schiff fleet's sustainability and decarbonization strategy through route and port call optimization
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders throughout the planning and decision-making process

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• University degree in Business Administration, Nautical Science, Tourism Management, or a comparable field of study or qualification
• Experience in the cruise industry, itinerary planning, tourism, or a related field is desirable
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong sense of reliability, teamwork, and effective communication
• Highly developed analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong affinity for numbers and systems
