We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual like you to join our diverse team as a JV Product Portfolio Coordinator in Egypt(Hurghada).
You will be responsible for coordinating product development and sales activities between local sales teams, Supply Management, and local DMC Travco. Your goal will be to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales and revenue by analyzing sales statistics, monitoring market trends, and planning strategic activities.

ABOUT YOU
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of excursion products and destination insights.
- Experience in monitoring quality standards and improving excursions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal (German is an advantage).
ABOUT THE JOB
- Analyzing sales results, including competitor analysis, and defining targets.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new product opportunities.
- Defining new products in coordination with related teams.
- Planning special customer events, such as Easter and Christmas experiences.
- Coordinating documentation (Experience Wallet) and establishing sales-related POS materials in coordination with Operation Support (maps, holiday planners, flyers, and posters).
- Monitoring quality scores from different sources (Qualtrics, PowerBi, C4C, Rep Feedback, etc.).
- Ensuring compliance with TUI Musement compensation guidelines and negotiating compensations with Travco when needed.
- Discussing and initiating quality improvements for excursions.
- Negotiating competitive pricing, special offers for children, discounts, and package deals.
