SOBRE EL PUESTO
- Comprenderás las necesidades y preferencias únicas de cada cliente, diseñando itinerarios personalizados que maximicen su experiencia de viaje y creen recuerdos inolvidables.
- Identificar oportunidades comerciales será algo natural para ti, utilizando técnicas de venta consultiva para convertir consultas en reservas confirmadas, al mismo tiempo que promueves servicios complementarios.
- Gestionarás las interacciones con clientes a través de múltiples canales, incluyendo atención presencial, web, chat, WhatsApp, teléfono, correo electrónico, videollamadas y redes sociales, garantizando una experiencia consistente y de alta calidad en todos los puntos de contacto.
- Utilizarás herramientas digitales y soluciones apoyadas en inteligencia artificial para mejorar las propuestas personalizadas, optimizar recomendaciones e identificar tendencias emergentes y comportamientos de los clientes.
- Acompañarás a los clientes durante todo su viaje, desde la inspiración inicial hasta la confirmación de la reserva y más allá, resolviendo consultas de forma ágil y con una actitud orientada a la búsqueda de soluciones.
- Asumirás la responsabilidad de las reservas hasta el cierre, garantizando su correcta creación, y gestión, así como el seguimiento adecuado de oportunidades comerciales y compromisos adquiridos con los clientes.
SOBRE TI
- Aportas una titulación universitaria o formación profesional superior en Turismo, Hostelería, Marketing, Ventas o una disciplina relacionada, o bien experiencia profesional equivalente.
- Cuentas con experiencia demostrable en venta consultiva dentro de los sectores de viajes, turismo, hostelería o servicios premium, lo que refleja una sólida orientación comercial.
- Tu amplio conocimiento de destinos, productos vacacionales y experiencias de viaje te permite diseñar propuestas altamente personalizadas que superan las expectativas de los clientes.
- Te sientes cómodo/a utilizando herramientas CRM, sistemas de reservas y plataformas digitales de venta, y tienes facilidad para adoptar soluciones basadas en inteligencia artificial que mejoren tu productividad y recomendaciones.
- La orientación al cliente y una mentalidad enfocada en servicios premium forman parte de tu ADN, complementadas por habilidades de venta consultiva, negociación e influencia.
- Tu empatía, capacidad de escucha activa y curiosidad te ayudan a generar confianza, mientras que tu resiliencia, adaptabilidad y energía comercial te permiten desenvolverte con éxito en un entorno dinámico.
