After Travel & Quality Executive

Become a part of our Nordic Customer Delivery team. We are looking for an efficient, open-minded person who pays attention to details. We are looking for a Swedish or Danish-speaking colleague for a position who will work with complaints that come in after the customer's return from their holiday.


**This is a temporary maternity cover for at least 12 months. Start date is as soon as possible.**

ABOUT THE JOB

To succeed in your new role, you must take great personal responsibility and great self-drive. We work at a high pace, so you should be stress-resistant and creative to find alternative solutions. You will be part of a committed and very knowledgeable team, therefore cooperation is important, as well as that you are independent and are fearless in communication and contact with customers and partners.

You will have daily contact with our customer both over the phone and over email. Our focus is always the customer and we are constantly working to improve our quality and follow up on all cases. We follow laws and regulations within the travel industry, such as our Terms & Conditions,  EC261/204 and the Montreal Convention. You will be a part of a very dedicated and experienced team, so teamwork is key. We also see that you are independent and confident in contact with our customers, partners and authorities. 



ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of experience from a customer service role.

  • Driven by reaching goals at a high pace.

  • Have great commitment and drive.     
  • Good problem solving skills and solutions orientated.
  • Understand travel law and regulations and daring to stretch and drive things both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Swedish or Danish and English. Ability to read and understand Norwegian and Danish/Swedish language.
  • Has an interest in interpreting laws and regulations, and the confidence in taking issues further, both internally and externally.
  • Experience from work in TUI's sales, within TUIfly or leading role in the destination organization is an advantage.
