Our customers can quickly and easily book every single aspect of their dream holiday with the simple click of a button. But when they have questions or need some helpful advice, we want to be able to talk to them directly. Our Contact Centres put you at the heart of the action, dealing directly with customers, you’ll do everything you can to make their experience special, in a fun and vibrant environment.
RETAIL
As a member of our retail team you’ll get to engage with our customers in store about every aspect of their dream holiday. Using a combination of new technology and personalised customer service you’ll have everything at your fingertips to showcase our amazing product and ancillaries’ range, bring holidays to life and get customers excited about their holiday.
Home Working
Joining our virtual sales or service teams you’ll have the convenience of being home based whilst part of a great virtual team, who you’ll stay connected with throughout the day. You’ll love serving customers, whether it’s finding them the best holiday, ensuring that every detail is sorted before they go or when they return, you’ll make sure all our customers consider their holiday to be the best time of the year!
