Who are we?
Crystal is a part of TUI, one of the worlds largest travel groups.
We’ve been taking people to the mountains for over 40 years and more people go skiing with us each year than anyone else. We’re also proud winners of several awards, including ‘The Times Best Ski Operator 2023’ and ‘Best Large Travel Company for Ski & Winter Sports Holidays’ at the British Travel Awards 2023. So, we know a thing or two about planning the perfect winter trip.

Ski Reps
If you’re a people person with a passion for all things winter, then a job as a ski rep could be your lift ticket to the mountains. No two days are the same in this role – anything from meeting guests at the airport and helping them get ready for the slopes with ski school, lift passes and equipment hire to recommending that perfect lunch spot. And the best bit? You’ll get to call some of the world’s greatest ski resorts ‘home’ while you’re doing it.
Ski Administration
Whether you’re great with numbers, a whizz at word processing or just have your organisational skills on point, we’ve got a spot in our admin team for you. You could be keeping things like finance and transport on track or working closely with our customer-facing team, so day-to-day operations run smoothly. And you’ll be perfectly placed for hitting the slopes too – now that’s the life.
Childcare
Are you ready to embark on a journey in the world of childcare, travel, tourism and bring the mountains to life for our smallest Crystal Ski guests? Our Crystal Ski Childcare Reps create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 6 Months – 8 years, covering developmental needs and full of magical moments.
