If you can communicate with guests and suppliers in a professional manner whilst always remaining calm and in control with a reassuring smile this could be the winter job you are looking for.

Please note that this role includes all Crystal Rep profiles including Team Rep, Sole/Dual Rep and Service Support Rep. You will find more information and specific job descriptions if successful on our online platform. 

ABOUT OUR OFFER  

• Your salary, company iPad & uniform are standard.

ABOUT YOU 

• You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life.  
• You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player and overall, just a true people person who displays resilience.
• You also have digital know-how, are willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible Crystal Ski products & services. You will be proud to wear the Crystal uniform. 
• You confidently handle challenging situations, think on your feet, spot potential problems, and proactively provide solutions, all while staying organized and calm.
• You are fluent in verbal and written English, additional European languages are an advantage.
• Ideally, you enjoy driving overseas and you are confident to do so in snowy conditions.

ABOUT THE JOB  

• You deliver exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until departure ensuring everyone is happy.
• On transfer days, you will see off our departing guests and be ready to greet our new arrivals either at the airport or in resort, updating them in the event of delays and taking care of any special requirements and supporting in crisis situations.
• You will meet, coordinate, advise, sell, and fix more complex problems for our Crystal Ski guests, while it all starts with you uncovering guests’ holiday needs and matching them with the right service solution and sales opportunities.
• You sell ski passes, ski equipment, tuition and après activities that match the guests needs and interests, using your expertise and excellent supplier relations to ensure they are ready for the mountain and make the most out of their holiday.
• Armed with your company iPad, you promote our Crystal Ski Explorer App. You keep the content useful, up-to-date and engaging, and you make sure that our colleagues in our Contact Centre have all the latest information to support our guests remotely.
