Having greater flexibility and choice over where we work, when it’s possible, gives us the opportunity to achieve a more balanced life, based on our own individual circumstances and roles. Therefore, we’re happy to consider different working models for our office-based roles. The different categories of roles are explained below.
Office with virtual working
Your main office is considered your work location but some or all of your work can be achieved working remotely. Job adverts will show the main office or if the job can be based from a number of office locations, look out for a flexible location on the advert.
Your operational job role requires you to work from a particular location or locations for the majority or all of the time. This could be a shop, airport or office. The location will be specified on the advert.
Your home address is your work location and you will be on a specific home working contract. It is likely you will need to live in a specified geographic region or timezone and where we have a registered Company legal entity.
