ABOUT OUR OFFER  

• Your Gross Monthly Salary of 1,960€ Salary, Company iPad & Uniform are standard.  
• Upon request we can also provide you with accommodation. Depending on your role & location, you may share a bedroom with another colleague.
• Comprehensive onsite start of season training with accommodation and pay included.

ABOUT YOU 

• You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life.  
• You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player and overall, just a true people person who displays resilience
• Digital know-how, willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible Crystal Ski products & services. You’ll be proud to wear the Crystal uniform. 
• Efficient & organized with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Confident when dealing with challenging situations, can think on your feet, quick to spot potential problems, and can use your initiative to provide solutions
• Fluent in verbal and written English; with additional European languages an advantage
• Ideally, you enjoy driving and you are confident to do so in snowy conditions.

ABOUT THE JOB  

• Ready to deliver exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive and make sure that they also go home happy at the end of it 
• On transfer days, you will see off our departing guests and be ready to greet our new arrivals either at the airport or in resort, updating them in the event of delays and taking care of any special requirements and supporting in Crisis situations
• Meet, coordinate, advise, sell, and fix more complex problems for our Crystal Ski guests, while it all starts with you uncovering guests’ holiday needs and matching them with the right service solution and sales opportunities 
• You will be selling ski passes, ski equipment, tuition and après activities that match their needs and interests, using your expertise and excellent supplier relations to ensure they are Ready for the Mountain and make the most out of their holiday.
• You will also be using your Company iPad to promote our Crystal Ski Explorer App, ensuring content is useful, up-to-date and engaging, and that our colleagues in our Contact Centre have all the latest information to support our guests remotely.
