Your way to the TUI Headquarters

Our head office in Zaventem is conveniently located right next to Brussels Airport. Due to the busy surroundings and complex road network, it can sometimes be a bit tricky to find us.

To make your journey smoother, we’ve created a detailed instruction page to help you locate us easily.

Arriving by car

On the Brussels ring-road, follow the Brussels Airport signage via A201/Leopoldlaan. When arriving at the airport, follow “Drop Off” and “Techn- Zuid”. At the entrance of the “Techn-Zuid” area, 2nd exit at the roundabout, there is a barrier which opens automatically.

Address: Nationale Luchthaven van Brussel 40P, 1930 Zaventem.

Please take into account we can only provide very limited parking in front of the TUI building. We advise you to park at (paid) parking P2, which is the closest to the TUI building or use public transport (both 10 min walk).

Arriving by train

The airport train station is located on level -1 of the terminal, a short distance from the arrivals hall (2nd floor).

Arriving by bus

The bus station is located on level 0 (one floor down from the arrivals hall) and can be easily reached by using the escalators or elevators.

Walking to the TUI HQ 

When leaving the arrivals hall in Brussels Airport take a left and continue along the sidewalk outside to the roundabout. At the roundabout you should be able to see the TUI building. Take a right to follow the sidewalk to TUI. As shown on the map, this will take around 10-15 minutes.
