We’ve been part of the TUI journey since 1988 - formerly known as Falcon Holidays and Thomson Holidays, before becoming TUI in 2017.
Our Dublin office is full of warmth, wit and resilience - true to the Irish spirit. We love music, connection, and a good laugh (daily!). With local knowledge, flexibility and a passion for what we do, we’re proud to welcome colleagues from around the world and tackle every challenge with purpose and positivity. Contact Centre
Our Contact Centre colleagues are the friendly voices behind every booking, question or moment of need. Based in Dublin, the team in Ireland supports customers across all stages of their holiday journey – from accessibility advice to last-minute changes and social media queries. It’s fast-paced, people-first and all about going the extra smile.
Retail
Our Retail team is made up of holiday experts who live and breathe travel. In stores across Ireland, they help customers turn dream holidays into reality, offering personalised service, insider tips and real reassurance. They’re at the heart of their communities and play a big part in making TUI the trusted brand we’re proud of.
