TUI’s commitment to development has helped me grow year after year. I recently completed a composite repair course, which means I can now carry out structural repairs on our 787s - it’s incredibly rewarding. The flexibility here is a big plus too. Our summer shift pattern gives us shorter hours, so there’s time to properly unwind. And the colleague concession scheme? A great bonus - discounted holidays never hurt!

The TUI Culture
We’re not here to only follow the map. We’re here to redraw it. This is how we work, lead, and grow: with purpose, personality, and just enough edge to keep things interesting - detours and all.
Trusted
We say what we mean, do what we promise, and own it when things don’t go our way. We show up - for our people, partners, and customers. Every. Single. Time.
Unique
We’re unapologetically ourselves. We celebrate diverse perspectives, play to our strengths, and bring our full selves to work. Cookie-cutter? Not our style.
Inspiring
We bring the spark. From fresh ideas to everyday improvements, we go the extra mile - with curiosity, pride, and a smile that says, “Let’s TUI it.”
