We operate a modern fleet of primarily Boeing aircraft that varies across our markets - primarily 737 models (including the fuel-efficient MAX) for short and medium-haul routes, and 787 Dreamliners for long-haul flights. Our Belgian market also operates Embraer for short- and medium haul.
As a new Cabin Crew member, you'll start on short and mid-haul sectors. Your specific routes will depend on your base location's flying program.

What happens if I fail a part of the training?
At TUI, we're committed to supporting your success throughout the cabin crew training process. However, our training standards are designed to ensure safety and service excellence. If you don't pass a particular element, you'll receive a sanction. After three sanctions and/or a failed exams, you unfortunately won't be able to continue the course or join our cabin crew team.
Additionally, passing certain critical elements is mandatory, including the reach test, swimming assessment, and aircraft seat demonstrations as outlined in our requirements video. Failure to meet these specific requirements means you cannot continue with the training.
Your training team will provide clear guidance throughout this process.
What does it mean to have a standby duty?
Standby duty means you're rostered as reserve crew, required to be in uniform and ready to fly at short notice within a specified timeframe if called upon to cover flights.
What is considered a "reasonable distance" from the airport base?
What’s considered a reasonable distance is dependent on the source market you’ve applied for.
For Sweden this would be 90 minutes. Within this time, you should be able to report to base in uniform, ready for duty.
Are there any relocation support options if I live far from the base?
While we don't provide relocation support or accommodation assistance, we trust our cabin crew members to make their own arrangements for living near their assigned base. You'll need to ensure you can reliably meet the requirement of reaching your base on time for shifts. How you arrange your living situation is entirely up to you - we simply ask that you're punctual for your duties.
Will my base have a shuttle bus from the crew park to the crew room?
Shuttle bus services vary by location. Your specific base may or may not provide a shuttle service between the crew park and crew room.
Details about shuttle availability, schedules, and pickup/drop-off points will be provided during your onboarding or can be obtained from your local crew support team.
If shuttle service isn't available at your base, then your crew parking is within walking distances.
For the most up-to-date information about transportation arrangements at your specific base, please contact your local crew support team.
