Senior Distributions Manager

We're looking for a strategic distribution expert to optimize our channel mix across the Nordic markets, driving revenue growth while ensuring cost efficiency in our omnichannel sales approach.

This is a hybrid role with the best of both worlds! While you'll enjoy some flexibility to work remotely, regular attendance at one of our office locations is an essential part of the job. ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll develop and implement distribution strategies across all Nordic markets to ensure optimal online and offline channel mix and cost of sale.

• We'll rely on your analytical expertise to deliver business plan insights by analyzing distribution data and market trends, influencing strategic decision-making to optimize channel performance.

• You'll support full funnel media planning by collaborating with marketing teams to drive efficient customer acquisition and conversion across all channels.

• Working with channel owners, you'll develop holistic distribution frameworks including traffic, transactions, conversion rates and cost of sale models to maximize profit across all channels.

• You'll influence risk assessment by collecting channel owner and omnichannel sales input per market to understand mitigation needs and capitalize on opportunities.

• Collaboration will be key as you engage with channel owners both Online and Offline, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure an integrated approach to distribution planning.

ABOUT YOU

• You have proven experience in distribution planning, channel management, or similar roles.

• Strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

• Your experience in media planning and channel attribution modeling helps drive efficient customer acquisition strategies.

• A deep understanding of customer acquisition costs and return on marketing investment informs your approach to channel optimization.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills allow you to influence at various levels and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of the Nordic travel market and distribution landscape would be beneficial for success in this role.

• Strong understanding of digital sales and marketing strategies, including online customer engagement and lead generation
• Proficient in data visualization and presentation, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish or other Nordic languages is desirable
