Receptionist

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Receptionist in our TUI BLUE Makarska, Igrane, Croatia, where you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through professional and friendly service at all times.

All applicants must be fluent in both English and Croatian. Due to work permit restrictions, applicants must be from a European Union country.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests
• Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, in line with hotel standards and procedures
• Handling reservations, room allocations, and guest communications with accuracy and attention to detail
• Acting as the main point of contact for guests, responding to requests and resolving inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
• Collaborating closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and professional, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests calmly.
• A good level of English to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of MS Office package
