Are you passionate about driving operational excellence through data-driven insights? Join our TUI Airline team as a Cabin Crew Operational Performance Analyst where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing performance across our global cabin crew network. You will focus on data-driven management of key performance areas such as On-Time Cabin Crew Performance, Absence & Welfare, Revenue Generation, and other critical operational metrics. By collecting, analysing, and reporting SLA and KPI data, you’ll transform insights into actionable measures that improve operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and drive business success.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll lead the design and continuous evolution of a robust reporting framework for Cabin Crew Management, ensuring data capture reflects the full crew lifecycle and supports both operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
  • Working closely with Data & Analytics, you'll collaborate to deliver scalable, intuitive dashboards and tools that empower operational teams and senior leaders with actionable insights.
  • We'll look to you to champion cabin crew performance by identifying trends, implementing targeted improvement initiatives, and driving measurable outcomes through data-led decision-making.
  • Partnering with Cabin Crew Divisional Managers, you'll lead cross-network performance initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent tracking of success metrics.
  • Your role involves delivering tailored daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance reports, while responding swiftly to ad hoc analysis requests from airline and group stakeholders.
  • As our data expert, you'll develop compelling presentations that translate complex information into clear narratives, using visual storytelling to influence and inform business decisions.
  • This role offers hybrid working arrangements in line with our local office attendance policy, balancing remote work flexibility with essential in-person collaboration.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have excellent IT skills and experience using analytics software (Tableau), Excel and PowerPoint to transform data into meaningful insights.
  • As a results-driven individual, you're comfortable working with data and analytical tools to drive performance improvements.
  • Strong communication skills enable you to convey performance results clearly in multiple formats to various audiences across our global organisation.
  • Having operational experience and understanding of Cabin Crew Operations would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Your interpersonal skills allow you to build trust, rapport, and productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivation drives you to work independently while also thriving as part of our collaborative team environment.
  • The role requires strong business English, both spoken and written, and may involve some international travel.
