Looking for a role where you can shape the future of reward? We're seeking a Senior Reward Manager to implement the delivery of our Pensions and Insured Benefits strategy across TUI UK & Ireland and deliver our wider reward framework to support around 10,000 colleagues across our Airline, Head Office and Retail teams.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll partner with the Head of Reward – UK&I to deliver our Reward strategy, acting as the go-to expert for all things pensions and insured benefits (notably our Private Medical and Group Income protection schemes) across our diverse colleague base.
  • You'll oversee our DC pension scheme (covering around 12,000 members) and manage our insured benefits portfolio (valued at approximately £12m), ensuring they remain competitive, equitable, compliant and engaging.
  • Managing relationships with service providers and professional advisers comes naturally to you – you'll manage and negotiate annual renewals, monitor service levels and drive continuous improvement.
  • You’ll ensure we’re creating engaging communication campaigns , helping colleagues understand and appreciate the value of these benefits while boosting engagement with our schemes.
  • Working together with finance, payroll and HR systems teams, you'll ensure processes run smoothly and costs are accurately tracked and recorded.
  • Working alongside key stakeholders, you'll provide pragmatic advice and guidance to HR teams, colleague representative bodies and senior leaders, right up to board Director level in order to provide reward solutions for non-executive populations
  • You’ll play a key part in collaborating with other reward teams globally to drive simplification and harmonisation, working towards a more unified approach across the organisation.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring demonstrable Reward experience with a proven track record in managing Pension (preferably both DC and DB) and Insured Benefits schemes
  • Your knowledge of pensions legislation, investment strategies and trust-based governance is strong, and you're comfortable applying this in practical ways.
  • Managing suppliers and professional advisers is second nature – you know how to challenge recommendations and deliver effective propositions within budget.
  • You're passionate about financial wellbeing and understand how different benefits interconnect to create a compelling overall proposition.
  • Communication is one of your strengths – you can translate complex technical information into language that resonates with non-technical audiences and build strong working relationships across all levels.
