At Marella Cruises we’re famous for our service. For visible officers who will stop and pass the time of day with our guests. For teams that are encouraged to bring their personality to work. And for the fact we remember our guest’s names, as well as their favourite drink.

But that’s just the customer face of our operation. To keep our fleet running like a well-oiled machine we need a specialist crew of highly-trained mariners dedicated to getting us from a-to-b safely and securely.

Our Deck and Technical team are responsible for ensuring our ships meet international laws and regulations. For ensuring the integrity of the vessel and all the onboard systems. And for delivering an efficient and cost-effective operation.

We’re looking for experienced Deck and Technical officers to join our expanding fleet.*

We work closely with our partner to handpick crew to roles onboard the Marella Cruises fleet, including Staff Captain, Electrician and various levels of officer and engineer positions.​
