Helping you to fly high on the day
1. Review the description of the role – Familiarise yourself with the requirements and responsibilities of the role
2. Get to know us – Find out more about TUI to help tailor your answers and share with us why you would like to work for us
3. Come prepared – Look at your skills, experience and achievements and prepare your answers to common questions
4. Remember it’s about non-verbal communication too – It’s not all about what you say, but how you say it. Maintain eye contact, and use positive body language
5. Ask us anything – Come along with some questions to find out more the role, it’s just as important that this is the right role for you
6. Come as you are – We’re all about authenticity here so bring your true self
7. Practice – Practicing your answers will help you feel more comfortable on the day
8. Manage your nerves – There are lots of relaxation techniques you can use to make you feel more at ease, like deep breathing
9. Use the STAR method – Talk about the Situation, Task, Action and Result (STAR) to structure your responses. Here’s an easy guide.

We’re doing a combination of both and can be flexible depending on your location and the needs of the role.
Yes, although the setup is different, we treat virtual interviews the same as in-person. If your interview is virtual, please make sure you’re in a quiet setting, and that you have a stable internet connection that allows you to use your camera during the interview. We recommend a quick test before attending your interview!

We treat all applications in a fair and consistent way at each stage of the recruitment process. The first stage is to search for a suitable vacancy and apply online via our website.
Depending on the role, the recruitment process may vary. We have to assess for relevant skills based on the daily tasks that the role holder will do.
Throughout the recruitment process, we ensure a two-way conversation with you. This is so you can make sure the role is right for you. We’re keen to get to know you, but it’s also your opportunity to find out more about us, TUI and the role you have applied for.

For most roles, you can re-apply after 6-12 months. This will be communicated in your email.
We’re unable to cover any costs associated with travel to and from the interview.
