The teams in our Contact Centres are there to provide expert advice and a reassuring, friendly voice whatever the nature of the call. We’ll give you all the training you need to be fully equipped to take your first call. To be successful in one of our contact centre jobs, all you have to bring is a friendly, reassuring voice, a great attitude, close attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
