Join our global TUI Musement Team in COSTA RICA as Bookings & Commercial Development Executive.  Your mission will be to work and manage the processes related to our Specialist Business Clients ( Multiday Tours, Groups and Fly & Drive customers), guaranteeing the highest levels of quality and generating loyalty by supporting their growth in Destination.  

How you will make an impact 

There are many ways for you to get involved:  

  • Maintain communication and productive relationships with our Specialist Business clients .  
  • Develop & prepare proposals (quotes), adapting our programs to our customers´ needs, ensuring the highest levels of quality and our competitiveness. Increase sales by offering additional services 
  • Coordination with our Operational Team ( PRE: delivery of necessary documentation to operate the confirmed business & support them during the operational arrangements, POST: analysis of operational reports, product & services quality, customers feedback,..) 
  • Supporting other TUI DX  areas , such as Commercial, Finance,  Product Teams ,.. by searching and providing quality information in order to generate business intelligence ( monitoring deliverables and performance, address underperformance, to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth )   
  • Support in the design & develop of our clients´ fam trips ( services quotation, bookings, assistance,.. ); providing a personalized service.  
  • Acquire deep knowledge of our products & services through fam trips, site inspections,.. ( hotels, attractions, activities,..) 

What you will bring 

There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the ideal things:  

  • An experienced individual in tourism business. Someone with strong knowledge and understanding of the Specialist Business area. 

  • Excellent quotation skills & managing costs, Microsoft Office 365 knowledge 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish & English  

  • A well-respected individual, open to change and able to develop new and aligned ways to improve the business and to delight customers.  

  • A pro-active professional with a clear focus on quality and efficiency  

  • A talented professional who wants to learn, grow and drive their career 

  • A team player with a supportive attitude who appreciates to work in an international environment 

  • Open to multiple work hours (morning or afternoon and weekends)
