ABOUT THE JOB
- Process incoming invoices and credit notes in a timely manner, to meet daily, weekly
& monthly deadlines - Ensure all invoices are processed with appropriate authorisation
- Resolve all queries and issues
- Daily checks in SAP and clear any open items
- In case of missing payments or documentation, communicate with tour operators and
travel agencies via email (in German) - Join regular meetings with TLTS Neuss to identify any challenges or blockers to ensure
meeting the operational requirements - Perform other adhoc activities as deemed necessary
ABOUT YOU
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral
- Intermediate German language skills, both written and oral
- MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Self-organized approach towards the execution of the assigned tasks
- System skills: SAP or similar ERP system
