Join our global TUI Musement Customer Marketing team as a Social Media and Content Intern, where you'll help bring inspiring travel stories, destination experiences and campaigns to life across our social media channels while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced international environment.

This is a full-time temporary internship

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll help maintain the TUI Musement organic social media content calendar, ensuring content is planned, organised and delivered on time.
• Creating, adapting and publishing platform-native content across social media channels will form a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
• You'll support the development of engaging short-form videos, social copy and visual content that resonates with our audiences.
• Working closely with internal teams, creators and partners, you'll help coordinate content requests and support publishing workflows.
• You'll monitor comments, conversations and audience interactions, helping to strengthen community engagement through timely and relevant responses.
• Keeping an eye on emerging social media trends, platform developments and audience behaviours, you'll share insights that help shape future content planning and performance.
• You'll support user-generated content sourcing, content management activities and the maintenance of organised content libraries and asset repositories.
• Assisting with social listening, performance reporting and content analysis, you'll help the team understand what works best and where opportunities exist.
  
  

ABOUT YOU

• You're passionate about social media, digital marketing and content creation, with a genuine interest in engaging audiences through compelling content.
• A strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube enables you to create content that feels relevant and authentic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills help you collaborate effectively and communicate ideas clearly.
• You're organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience creating content using mobile-first tools and platforms would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools will help you hit the ground running.
• An interest in travel, tourism, storytelling and customer experience will support your success in the role.
• Fluent English is essential, while additional European language skills would be advantageous.
