Join our Crystal Ski team and support our resort operations by providing essential accounts and administrative expertise that helps our teams deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. 

This is a winter seasonal role up to a maximum of 6 months and can be based in a variety of countries, provided you have the right to work in your chosen location.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Sales Database set up and maintenance throughout the season  
  • Support the Senior Resort Accounts Controller with the delivery of training and implementation of finance related business processes to other departments 
  • Manage accounting data and card payments from a group of resorts, working closely with the resort teams and assisting with any card payment issues 
  • Liaise with resort staff to confirm weekly customer bookings, work through variances 
  • Assist the accounts processing team with reconciling invoices for payment  
  • Maintain excellent supplier relationships and respond to their queries quickly and efficiently
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of Ski Essentials to guests through handling phone inquiries, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

  • Effective time management skills with sharp attention to detail and a commitment to producing excellent work
  • Self-motivation to work independently or collaboratively, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities that adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining detailed processes to others
  • A detail-oriented approach that demonstrates high levels of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
  • Highly numeric with prior experience in the industry and/or finance and accounting preferred but not required
  • Fluency in verbal and written English; additional European languages are an advantage
