For TUI AG in Hanover, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) in the Mergers & Acquisitions department to start as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Support in exciting national and international M&A projects of TUI Group

• Participation in company valuations and due diligence reviews

• Conduct of business analyses and market researches

• Collaboration in the preparation of board presentations and business cases on M&A topics

• As an intern (m/f/d), you will have an active role in the M&A team and take on responsibility according to your profile

ABOUT YOU

• Studies in business administration / economics, at least in the 3rd semester, preferably with a focus either in finance or controlling

• Initial practical M&A experience is beneficial

• Very good knowledge of using Microsoft Office

• Fluent written and spoken English and good written and spoken German

• Good analytical skills as well as quick comprehension

• Enthusiastic personality acting in a structured but also creative way

• Independent, diligent and reliable way of working

• Flexibility, resilience and strong team spirit
