Port Delivery Team Leader

Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Singapore as a Port DeliveryTeam Leader.

Your mission will be to oversee end-to-end cruise operations across ports, airports and destinations, ensuring seamless delivery from pre-operation through to post-operation activities. Lead and support operational teams, ensuring resources, staffing and suppliers are effectively coordinated to meet service requirements. Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, driving timely resolution with minimal disruption to guests and clients. Maintain strong communication with cruise lines, authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards and brand guidelines. Support delivery during peak periods and high-impact situations while maintaining accurate documentation and process efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in operations, logistics, tourism, cruise, transport or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and deliver results in fast paced, operational settings.
• Strong problem solving skills, with resilience to ambiguity and operational pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
• High level of organization, attention to detail and customer focus.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including peak operational days when required.
• Digitally confident and aligned with TUI’s ways of working and continuous improvement culture.

ABOUT THE JOB

•  Supervise and coordinate pre operation, oversee and manage port operations, ensuring smooth execution and reviewing processes to confirm there is no disruption to service delivery, and post operation activities across ports, airports and destination locations.
• Lead, support and motivate local operational teams, ensuring staff are briefed, trained and prepared for daily operations and peak activity periods.
• Plan and allocate staffing, transport and supplier resources in line with ship schedules, operational demand and service requirements.
• Act as the first escalation point for operational issues by overseeing one or multiple accounts, incidents or last minute changes, ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact to guests and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with cruise line operations teams, suppliers, port and airport authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all operational procedures, safety standards, SLAs and brand guidelines are consistently followed.
• Oversee accurate completion of operational documentation, call closure and invoicing/invoicing data in line with internal procedures.
• Act as an expert in cruise line training and policies to train local teams to ensure cruise line compliance and standards are met.
• Ensure adequate resources are allocated to deliver operations effectively and manage staffing levels according to the specific needs of each operation.
• Support operational delivery during congested dates, strikes, inaugural calls and other exceptional or high impact situations.
