We would like to give you the opportunity to register your interest for our Contact Centre roles for potential opportunities from March 2025.
We have a variety of job roles in Palma de Mallorca.
This job offers a flexible contract to work abroad. You must be an EU National and EU Passport is required. If you wish to work locally - please search for jobs in a specific country or destination.
For the roles we would seek:
- You are a true people person - confident communicating and/or selling to international guests.
- Efficient & organized - a problem solver, multitasker and good listener who stays calm under pressure.
- You can quickly learn - about the job, about all the modern technology needed to do it and all about our incredible products & services.
- Strong verbal & written language skills in any of the languages like: Danish or Norwegian + communicational English.
- Able to work flexible shift patterns including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts.
- Finally you will be proud to represent our ‘TUI Smile’ at all times.
