Duty Operations Supervisor

The Ground Operations function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation across all aspects of Ground Operations. As Duty Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all operational processes at the airport and overseeing the daily airport activities. You ensure the correct application of all aviation regulations and procedures. 
In this role, you’ll report to the Station Account Manager.  This opportunity is being offered on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Duty Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Coordination, support and monitoring of the Self-Handling activities for TUI flights
• Representing TUI at the airport during your shift
• Communication with all parties involved with the aim of ensuring the departure time of the aircraft 
• Communication between crew and ground handlers 
• Ensuring that the aircraft is loaded correctly as planned
• Ensuring that fueling is done correctly 
• Operating various airline and computer systems 
• Maintaining safety and security standards
• Reporting problems to all departments involved
