Become part of our Nordic Customer Delivery team. We are looking for a Danish-speaking colleague for a position who will work with complaints that come in after the customer’s return from their holiday. ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • Your daily tasks will be handeling incoming claims from our Nordic customers
  • Answer customer’s claims via phone or email
  • Investigate customers reported issues
  • Report quality issues to relevant departments

ABOUT YOU

 

  • 2 + years of experience from a customer service role including complaints handling
  • Driven by reaching goals at a high pace
  • Have great commitment and drive
  • Good problem solving skills and solutions orientated 
  • Have an understanding of travel law and regulations and daring to stretch and drive things both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Having a good understanding of Danish and Norwegian or Finnish is a plus
  • Experience from work in TUI’s sales, within TUIfly or leading role in the destination organization is an advantage
