We are looking for a talented and dedicated technical enthusiast to join our “Corporate” technology organisation. It is a global team within TUI technology responsible for Finance, HR and other corporate solutions and services with a focus on SAP applications. We are a multi-disciplinary team of experts across Architecture, Engineering, Application Support and Agile Delivery providing central services across various countries.





As a SAP Basis Administrator you are a practitioner and an advocate of state-of-the-art infrastructure services and SAP technology products, including awareness for audit and security requirements. Working in an agile environment and keeping up with the ever-evolving technical landscape you are a lifelong learner and like to think outside the box.


You will drive the operation and maintenance of our SAP applications through the entire technology stack, starting with infrastructure services, the operating systems and databases, right up to the SAP applications. You contribute your experience of secure and stable system operation and take an active part in upcoming projects of system migrations to AWS and release upgrades to e.g. SAP S/4HANA. You represent our team as a strong partner to our stakeholders.


  • Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of our SAP system landscapes, including the technology stack of:

    • SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, ERP, Solution Manager, AS Java
    • HANA, DB2 and Oracle databases
    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Ensure stable system operation, monitor and analyze system performance
  • Contact for our application and development teams for all SAP Basis related topics
  • Manage EC2 instances and other AWS workloads and services
  • Implement our security guidelines for the technology stack used
  • Perform technical migrations to new SAP technologies e.g. S/4HANA
  • Prepare architectural design, technical specifications and other documentation
  • Proactively assist in evaluation of new SAP solutions and technologies





  • Excellent technical understanding of SAP administration with a minimum of 4 years of experience
  • Solid understanding of SAP maintenance and administration tools, including HANA Cockpit & Studio, SUM, SPAM & SAINT and SNOTE
  • Know-How in HANA and DB2 database support
  • Experienced handling of shell environments including basic Linux administrator skills
  • Good understanding in usage and mapping of on-premise infrastructure and cloud services
  • Basic knowledge in AWS technologies
