Working Student (m/f/d) - Agentic AI System Development for Internal Audit

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to assist with the development of an agentic AI system for internal audit at TUI AG, for a maximum of 12 months and 20 hours per week.

ABOUT THE JOB

Are you a student passionate about Artificial Intelligence and eager to gain hands-on experience in an innovative corporate environment? Our Internal Audit Department is seeking a motivated Working Student to support the design, creation, and development of an Agentic AI system tailored for Internal Audit processes. This is a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge and technical skills to real-world challenges, shaping the future of audit excellence. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Internal Audit professionals to identify automation opportunities and system requirements. 
• Participate in the design and prototyping of an Agentic AI system to enhance audit planning, execution, and reporting workflows. 
• Assist in developing, testing, and refining AI models and algorithms for data analysis, anomaly detection, and risk assessment. 
• Document system processes, user requirements, and technical specifications. 
• Support the integration of the AI system into existing audit tools and platforms. 
• Stay updated on advancements in AI, internal audit practices, and regulatory requirements. 

ABOUT YOU

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field. 
• Basic knowledge and practical experience with AI/ML frameworks (such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in process improvement. 
• Written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team. 
• Prior experience or coursework in auditing, business, or risk management is a plus but not required.
