Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Start date: by agreement | Fixed-term contract: 24 months | Full-time | Hybrid

As an Online Marketing Manager, you will drive the planning, execution and optimisation of online marketing activities for TUI Hotels & Resorts. Working across brands such as ROBINSON, TUI MAGIC LIFE, TUI BLUE and TUI Hotels, you will manage performance marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies, and use data-driven insights to maximise direct online sales and marketing effectiveness.

You will carry out these tasks with enthusiasm:

• Develop, plan and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels to drive direct sales, customer acquisition and brand visibility.
• Own the performance of assigned brands, markets and channels, ensuring delivery against commercial targets, budgets and key KPIs.
• Manage and optimise paid marketing activities in close collaboration with media agencies, including campaign planning, execution, reporting and performance improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns, promotions and marketing assets are delivered on time and aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Monitor campaign and website performance, identify optimisation opportunities and implement data-driven recommendations to maximise results.
• Analyse marketing performance and provide clear insights, forecasts and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and future planning.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners and international teams, ensuring effective communication and continuous process improvement.

You should bring the following to the role:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally within travel, hospitality, e-commerce or another consumer-focused industry.
• Strong commercial mindset with a solid understanding of KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, CAC, profitability and budget management.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, affiliate marketing, display advertising or metasearch.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to drive data-based decisions.
• Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams, translating business objectives into effective marketing activities and measurable results.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
