R2R Finance Agent

Join our TUI Global Business Services (TGBS) Team as an R2R GL Agent, where you'll execute closing transactions and reconcile balance sheet accounts as part of our Global Finance Business Services' centralisation strategy.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll perform daily tasks ensuring that automatic uploads on the LCC (Low Cost Carrier) funding account match bank statements, conducting initial investigations when discrepancies arise.
• We'll rely on you to execute LCC matching reconciliation by booking and running daily rules, flagging issues to the Flying Accountant when necessary.
• You'll raise all sales invoices monthly, including Intercompany flying, SOLO adjustments, Carrier rebates, and Resort Excursion commission.
• Working closely with our resorts, you'll post petty cash entries and help review processes for errors.
• Your month-end duties will include collaborating with the Airline team to collect flight data, perform cost calculations, and ensure journals agree at intercompany level.
• Running the P&L check file will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring postings align with expectations and communicating results with the Commercial Finance team.

ABOUT  YOU

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting is essential.
• You have good written and spoken English language skills to communicate effectively with our international teams.
• We value your methodical and organised approach to executing assigned tasks with precision and attention to detail
• You bring strong Excel skills to efficiently manage and analyse financial data.
• Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial for navigating our financial systems.
• You're someone who never stops looking ahead, constantly seeking improvements in current procedures.
• You have proven experience in a similar finance role, which will help you hit the ground running in this position.
