Digital Experience – UX/UI Design

Digital Experience is the home of digital design for the TUI websites. Combining Research, Insights, UX and UI specialists, we work hard to give our customers the most inspiring and effortless online experience possible. 

The challenges are many and varied across our exciting range of products and platforms – holidays, cruises, flights, hotels, tours, multi-centres, and more!

Our Digital Research and Insights Practice team uses a range of tools and methods to provide a wealth of actionable insight to tell us what’s happening on our sites and around the web, what our customers are saying, and whether our concepts and designs are on the mark.

The UI Practice team manages and evolves our Digital Design System, and ensures we deliver consistent, engaging and effective design across the portfolio of agile product teams.

UX Practice team makes sure that we’re developing and following good user-centred practice across the product teams, and that we are delivering connected user experiences.

Within the agile product teams, our Digital Experience Leads manage small, embedded design teams in collaboration with the practices. 

The User Experience Designers act on customer insight, alongside their own research and business- and customer-focused projects, being the voice of the user through low fidelity concepts to interactive prototypes, and working closely with our User Interface Designers, who bring their knowledge of our brand styles, visual creativity and attention to every pixel to the design collaboration.
