Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Bellboy in our TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach, Živogošće, Croatia where you will be responsible for supporting the Front Office team in assisting guests with their luggage, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, and providing a high level of guest satisfaction.

All applicants must be fluent in both English and Croatian. Due to work permit restrictions, applicants must be from a European Union country.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Monitors the entrance to the hotel and hotel complex
• Welcomes guests, provides requested information, and directs them to reception
• Supervises and controls the flow of personal and delivery vehicles in front of the main hotel entrance
• Handles and transports guest luggage
• Ensures the safety of guest luggage left in our care, stores it securely, and issues a receipt to the guest
• Ensures that information related to guest names, personal data, and room numbers is not shared with unauthorized persons

ABOUT YOU

• Secondary school education
• Previous experience in the same or similar roles is preferred
• Excellent command of at least one foreign language, both spoken and written (English and German are an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills
