- Dangerous Goods (transport of batteries, weapons, etc.)
- Transport of manual and electrical equipment
- Request for adapted rooms or transfer for passengers with reduced mobility
Quickly and correctly handle these changes and problems before departure

If necessary, you look for a suitable alternative;
You are responsible for handling files in order to quickly offer customers a suitable solution/answer and to guarantee high customer satisfaction;
Informing and advising the departments involved;

Following a shift in the flight program, a number of flights are being changed and the previously

made seat reservations must be placed on the new device.
