Teamleader Customer Services
Het Customer Services Center is een essentieel onderdeel van de Customer Services afdeling en speelt een centrale rol in onze Touroperating organisatie. Met meer dan 200 medewerkers op onze locaties in Enschede, Rijswijk en Curaçao zorgen wij voor de afhandeling van telefonische boekingen, aanvragen en wijzigingen voor vertrek voor alle merken van TUI.
Als Teamleader Customer Services geef je leiding aan een team van ongeveer 10-15 medewerkers. Je werkt samen met andere teamleiders op verschillende locaties en speelt een actieve rol in het organiseren en verbeteren van de werkzaamheden binnen jouw team.

OVER DE FUNCTIE
- Coördineren en verbeteren: Samen met je collega-Teamleader organiseer je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en identificeer je kansen voor procesverbetering en kwaliteitsverbetering.
- Coachen en ontwikkelen: Je begeleidt je teamleden door middel van voortgangs- en beoordelingsgesprekken en helpt hen in hun professionele groei.
- Aanspreekpunt voor het team: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en ondersteunt bij het oplossen van problemen.
- Rapportages: Je helpt bij het opstellen van rapportages om het management goed geïnformeerd te houden.
OVER JOU
- Opleiding en ervaring: Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur op het gebied van toerisme, en aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je hebt sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden.
- Kerncompetenties: Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en werkt goed samen in teamverband. Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding en kunt snel besluiten nemen.
- Beschikbaarheid: Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en bereid om in roulatie te werken van maandag tot en met zaterdag.
- Locatie: De functie is op onze locatie in Rijswijk
